Cullen Nigrini

Cullen Nigrini is Austin’s first Physical Therapist to obtain board certification in both Sport and Orthopaedic Physical Therapy through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists.
He is a certified and licensed Athletic Trainer working with elite athletes since 1999. After leaving Austin to work in professional basketball he returned forming Elite Athletic Therapy, PLLC in 2013 and is the creator and owner of Austin Physical Therapy.

Nigrini has worked directly as a Physical Therapist and or an Athletic Trainer in the NCAA, NBA, NFL and privately treats elite athletes daily.

He also holds several advanced certifications and draws from a diverse experience with elite athletes, surgical rehabilitation and complicated pain cases separating Austin Physical Therapy from the pack.

Dr Robert Killebrew

Dr. Robert Killebrew is the Lead Contract Physical Therapist at Austin Physical Therapy. Robert knows what it takes to compete at a high level. As a national champion college football player, Robert found his passion for performance physical therapy early. Specializing in orthopedics and sports performance, Dr. Killebrew bridges the gap between traditional rehabilitation and sports performance training. Robert uses conventional and unconventional methods, modalities, and techniques learned during his numerous travels as an amateur and professional athlete to quickly reduce pain, improve function and increase durability in his patients. Robert has worked with many athletes at the pinnacle of their careers, including professional dancers, NFL, NBA, MMA fighters and endurance athletes.

Robert has a unique and specialized skill set in assessing, treating and improving the performance of athletes recovering from injury. Robert Killebrew believes through the mindful practice of proper movement the human experience can be fully appreciated.

He resides in Austin, TX, with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, Robert enjoys playing sports, surfing, wakeboarding, fishing, listening to music and eating BBQ.

Dr. Jack Dowling

Jack is a Doctor of Physical Therapy originally from Memphis, Tennessee. In his free time, you can catch him traveling nationally to compete in ultimate frisbee or at the golf course! Jack has a calling to treat patients in rotational sports and find unique ways to engage and educate patients about their health.

Dr. Deborah Tingey

Deborah graduated from the University of St. Augustine in the class of 2015! She then went on to complete a Neurology Clinical Speciality Certification in 2019. Deborah spends most of her free time exploring around town with her dogs! Deborah has a wide range of experience but has a strong passion for working with neurological disorders and diagnoses.
